Material composition of tile adhesive & formulations:
Compositions:
1.Ordinary Portland cement is used as the cementitious material to enhance the bonding strength to the substrate
2. Redispersible polymer powder (VAE copolymers) to enhance the adhesive strength to all substrates, (especially the meta pores Substrate, large-sized ceramic tiles, or pasted on smooth surfaces or unstable substrates), improving workability and reducing water permeability, etc.
3. filling materials: The particle size of the graded sand and ground calcium carbonate is very important to adjust the consistency of the adhesive.
4. The main additives: HPMC - hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is the main water retaining and thickening agent for mortar, which maintains the moisture in the adhesive, Make the adhesive with good workability.
5. Other functional additives to improve certain characteristics of mortar based on its performance, further optimizing the product.
